Account

Your account is your identity across the Hypery Hub — it owns a personal team by default and can be added to other teams as a member.

Sign up

1. Visit the hub at hypery.ai.
2. Click Get started and choose email + password or a supported social provider.
3. After signing up you are automatically given a personal team workspace.

Verify two-factor authentication

For security, sessions opened via OAuth providers go through /verify-2fa. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account you will be prompted for a code. If it is not required, the verification step completes automatically and you continue to the dashboard.

You can enable or rotate two-factor authentication later under Settings → Security.

Profile and identity

• Profile lives at Settings → Profile — change your display name, avatar, and contact email.
• Email changes require re-verification.
• Account deletion is available under Settings → Security. Deletion is scheduled rather than immediate:
  • Right away, your subscriptions are canceled (any metered usage so far is invoiced), you are signed out everywhere, and your API keys and app connections stop working. The account is locked and cannot be signed in to.
  • After a 30-day retention period the account is permanently deleted, together with your personal team and any other team only you belong to; remaining credits are forfeited. Teams you do not own are not deleted; you simply leave them.
  • Billing records (invoices, transactions and usage history) are kept after deletion for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Changed your mind? Contact support before the deletion date to restore the account.
  • Deletion is refused while you own a team other people belong to, publish OAuth apps, or have unpaid debt, uninvoiced usage or requests in progress.
